Shipping & risk

See our Shipping policy. Title and risk of loss follow carrier terms once the shipment is tendered to the carrier, or upon pickup at our Willoughby, OH or Midlothian, TX locations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bounce Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
