Refund policy

Because our products are commercial inflatables made for business use, all sales are generally final once the order has shipped or been picked up.

Before shipment / pickup

If you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet shipped or been picked up, contact us as soon as possible at 216-930-1578. We’ll do our best to help if the order can still be stopped.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive the wrong item, or an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery/pickup with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion after review.

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selected by the buyer, or after the unit has been used in rental or event service, except where required by law.
